Athletics day - By Lyla

On Tuesday Ōtaki college went to Ōtaki Domain we had Athletics day every body dressed up in there house colours i was in rimu/red. At 9.00am every body had to be there some people went over the top he was dressed up as a green bean and someone was painted all in yellow face paint. I competed in shot put and a little bit of running because we didn't sign up so i ran on the side line and then we just waited around. At lunch people were selling sausages and bread buns. After lunch we had to go to our house colour tent. Mr Ward was dressed up as a chilli pepper. He was telling us what house colours won some relays rimu won most and kauri and matai.
